How to Talk About People in French
Let's try this. I say you are, and you say I am. Okay, that's lame. How about this? We'll try all these phrases but just with English words at the end. Here goes.
I am crazy = Je suis crazy.
You are funny = Tu es funny
This is good = C'est good.
It (indefinite) is goofy = On est goofy.
You all are cool = Vous êtes cool.
It (feminine) is confusing = Elle est confusing.
It (masculine) is confusing = Il est confusing.
They (masculine) are bad = Ils sont bad.
They (feminine) are bad = Elles sont bad.
We all are Americans = Nous sommes Americans.
We are here = Vous allons here.
